The Website is operated by AuraMedia Agency Ltd, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under company number HE482460, with its registered office at Agiou Tychona 5, 8036 Paphos, Cyprus (“AuraMedia”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Full contact details are set out in our Imprint.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms cover only your use of the Website — browsing pages, reading content, and submitting an enquiry through our contact form. Project work that AuraMedia carries out for a client is governed by a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties before any work begins. Where the Website contains information about our services, prices, lead times, or methodology, that information is indicative only and does not in itself constitute a binding offer or contract.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any other person’s use and enjoyment of it. In particular, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form, or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, or any related system.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code.
• Conduct automated scraping, data mining, or load-testing of the Website without our prior written consent.
• Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications.

All content on the Website — including text, design, layout, code, logos, and brand marks — is owned by AuraMedia or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and temporarily cache the Website for personal, non-commercial reference. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing on the Website constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should not rely on the information without seeking independent verification appropriate to your circumstances.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, AuraMedia’s total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the greater of:

• The total fees, if any, paid by you to AuraMedia in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• One hundred euros (€100).

In no event shall AuraMedia be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if AuraMedia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

9. Engagement of services

If you wish to engage AuraMedia for a project, the terms of that engagement — including scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, intellectual property assignment, warranties, and indemnities — will be set out in a separate written agreement. Our standard practice is invoiced billing against agreed milestones. No engagement contract is formed until both parties have signed such an agreement. Submission of an enquiry through the Website does not create a contractual relationship.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence where you visit the Website as a consumer.
